Welcome to AL-EEE ✨ This guide introduces the basic steps for first-time users, from signing in to starting your first lesson.


1. Sign in with Your KMUTT Microsoft Account

Users can sign in directly using their KMUTT Microsoft account. (Readmore...)

After a successful login, the system will automatically retrieve basic information from the registration system, including

  • Full Name (Thai / English)
  • KMUTT Email
  • Role (Student / Instructor)
  • Student ID / Position
  • Faculty
  • Department

This information is used to verify identity and display user information within the learning platform.


2. Review Your Profile (First-time Profile Setup)

If this is your first login, the system will display the Profile Setup” page.

Users can

  • Review the information retrieved by the system
  • Enter a Contact Email for additional communication

Important

The Contact Email is required to use the platform.

If the Contact Email has not been entered

  • You will not be able to continue to the next page
  • The “Save & Continue” button will remain unavailable

After entering a valid Contact Email

  1. Click “Save & Continue”
  2. The system will save your information
  3. You will be redirected to the “Class List” page

If the Contact Email has not been completed, the system will display the Profile Setup page every time you log in.


3. Access the Class List

The “Class List” page displays all classes available to you.

Within this page, you can

  • View your available classes
  • Enter each class

4. Enter a Class for the First Time

When entering a Self-Paced Class for the first time, the system will display the “Entry Assessment Introduction” page.

This page explains the purpose of the Entry Assessment, which is designed to

  • Evaluate your existing knowledge
  • Help instructors understand your learning readiness
  • Recommend suitable learning paths

After reviewing the introduction, learners can begin the Entry Assessment immediately.


5. Start Learning

After completing the initial setup, learners can

  • Study lesson content
  • Watch videos or review documents
  • Complete exercises and activities
  • Track progress and learning results

The system automatically saves learning progress so learners can continue later.


6. Logout

Users can log out at any time.

When logging out

  • The system clears related sessions and tokens
  • Users are securely redirected back to the Login page

If You Experience Issues

If you experience issues such as

  • Login unsuccessful
  • Courses not displayed
  • Unable to access classes
  • Learning progress not saved

Please contact your instructor or the Support team through the provided channels.
