⚙️ First-Time Profile Setup

When logging into the AL-EEE system for the first time, the Profile Setup page will be displayed. Users are required to verify and confirm their personal information before using the platform, as detailed below:

1. Basic Information

Your profile details are automatically retrieved from the university’s registration database and displayed on the left-side panel. Please verify the accuracy of the following details:

  • Name – Surname (Thai / English)

  • KMUTT Email

  • Role (Student / Teacher)

  • Position

  • Faculty, Department

2. Contact Email

Users must provide a "Contact Email"—your primary, active email address. Please note that this email will be stored separately from your system login credentials.

📧 Why is a Contact Email important?

  • To receive important system updates and announcements.

  • To receive automated system notifications.

  • To serve as a communication channel between instructors, students, and staff.

⚠️ Important:

  • Contact Email is a mandatory field required to access the platform.

  • If left blank, you will not be able to proceed, and the “Save & Continue” button will remain disabled.

  • Until this information is successfully saved, the system will prompt you back to the Profile Setup page every time you log in.

✔️ Save & Get Started

Once you have verified your basic information and filled in your Contact Email, simply click “Save & Continue”.

The system will save your preferences and redirect you to the Class List page, allowing you to begin using AL-EEE immediately.

Good to Know

If you would like to update your profile information, please visit the Edit Profile.

💫 To ensure you never miss out on critical updates and announcements, please make sure your Profile Setup is complete before you begin.
