Welcome to AL-EEE! This article will guide you through the process of entering your virtual classroom and completing your Entry Assessment to check your foundational knowledge before diving into your studies. You can get started easily with these 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Entering the Classroom

Once you log into the AL-EEE system, the main dashboard will display all available classrooms, neatly organized and categorized by Semester.

⚠️Can't see your course?

Learner will only be able to view and access a classroom once the course instructor has officially opened it.

How to Access Your Class:

  • Search for a Course: Find your self-paced learning courses using the search bar.

  • Select Semester: Alternatively, use the Filter tool to select and narrow down your specific semester.

  • Enter the Classroom: Simply click on the course card to enter your classroom immediately.

Step 2: Review Before You Start (Very Important!)

Once clicked, the system will immediately direct you to the preparation page before starting the Entry Assessment. Learner can review these 3 key details before clicking "Start Assessment":

  1. Number of Questions: The system will clearly display the total number of questions.

  2. Time Limit: This assessment has No Time Limit, so you can complete it whenever it is most convenient for you.

  3. Important Conditions (Before You Start):

    • The system will automatically save your answers as you go.

    • 📌 Please Note: Once you click "Next" to move to the next question, you cannot go back to change or edit your previous answers.

Ready? Click the "Start Assessment" button to begin!

Step 3: During the Assessment & How to Pause

If you are unable to complete the assessment in one sitting, the system provides a flexible feature to support you:

  1. Want to Take a Break? Simply click the "X" (Close) button in the top-right corner to exit the window. The system will automatically save your progress up to your most recent question.

  2. Resuming the Assessment: When you are ready to continue, re-enter the classroom and click the "Resume" button. The system will instantly take you to the next unanswered question (for example, if you paused after finishing question 2, clicking Resume will bring you straight to question 3).

  3. Submitting the Assessment: For standard questions, the navigation button will say "Next." However, once you reach the final question, the button will change to "Submit" for you to finalize and send all your answers.

Step 4: Reviewing Your Score for Personal Growth

Once you have submitted your assessment, the system will immediately process your score and categorize your proficiency into one of 3 learning levels. This feedback is designed to help you effectively plan and review your upcoming lessons:

  • 🟠 Focus Area (Score less than 40%): Topics that fall below the passing criteria. You should carefully study these specific modules to fill in your knowledge gaps.

  • 🔵 Review (Score between 40% and 79%): You have grasped the fundamental concepts, but further review is recommended to build better accuracy and confidence.

  • 🟢 Strong Area (Score 80% and above): Excellent understanding! You are fully prepared to jump straight into the next lesson without needing to re-study this material.

💡 Tip: For topics classified under the Focus Area or Review groups, you can click on them to dive back into the learning materials. Don't forget that you can also take the "Participant Quiz" (topic-specific mini-quizzes) at any time to practice your skills and reinforce your knowledge on those specific subjects!
