Identity Verification Steps Before Logging into AL-EEE System

Customer Support Team

For students logging into the AL-EEE system for the first time, or those who have not yet set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), please click the "Log in with KMUTT Email (@kmutt.ac.th)" button upon accessing the AL-EEE system, and then follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your KMUTT account

    • Enter your student KMUTT Email.

    • Enter your Password (the same password used to access your KMUTT Email).

  1. Verify your identity (Multi-Factor Authentication: MFA)

    • After signing in, the Microsoft 365 system will prompt you to verify your identity to enhance security.

    • If you have already installed Microsoft Authenticator: Open the Microsoft Authenticator app, enter the 2-digit code displayed on the screen, and complete the authentication process.

    • If you have not yet installed Microsoft Authenticator: Select "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now".

  2. Select a verification method (If Microsoft Authenticator is not installed)

    • Choose to verify via SMS text message.

    • The system will send a Verification Code to the mobile phone number registered with your KMUTT Account.

  1. Enter the Verification Code

    • Check the SMS message you received.

    • Enter the Verification Code in the designated field.

    • Click Verify to proceed.

  2. Select sign-in retention option (Stay signed in?)

    • After completing authentication, the Microsoft 365 system will display the "Stay signed in?" prompt to ask if you want the system to remember your login status on this device.

    • Options:

      • Yes – Allow the system to remember your sign-in status to reduce the need to enter your password on the same device.

      • No – Do not allow the system to remember your sign-in status; you will need to sign in again next time.

      • Don't show this again – Do not show this prompt again, and the system will remember your selected preference.

Recommendation

✅ If using a shared computer or public device (such as in a computer lab, internet café, or library), it is recommended to select No for security purposes, and you should always Sign out after finishing your session.

  1. Ready to use

    • Once all steps are completed, the system will navigate to the online learning page. Students can start learning or using the system immediately.
